All Leger's surveys are compatible with mobile devices. However, some of our clients wants to host their surveys on their end and it's often not compatible with mobile devices. If you do answer surveys on your mobile device, I suggest to go thru the mobile version of the site rather than the application.

  
Remember that the more Profiling surveys you complete, the less likely you are of being screened out in a survey. Return to Update my profile page to see any Profiling surveys you may have missed.

  
The consumption habits are what permits us to know if you have the right consumer profile. Sometimes the criteria go beyond the basic profiling questions that we asked upon your subscription. This why even though we have your information, we have to ask other screening questions to either confirm what we know or see if you match the other criteria for the study.

Surveys are always sent to a randomly generated representative sample. However, sometime we target members who fit specific criteria directly. To increase your chances of receiving surveys, make sure to complete our various Profiling Surveys

  
Remember that you are not obligated to answer every survey that you receive. You will remain active in our community as long as you answer at least one survey per year.

  
You can ask for a cashout after each $20 or 20 air miles in your account. This is not automatic; you need to ask for it. To do so, you have to click ‘’Reward'' and ‘’cash out!’’. in your file (at http://legerweb.com).Before you do this, you should verify in your « profile » info if the address is correct and all the information is complete (they will send a cheque at your member address). You should also verify in your account that all your surveys have already been processed*** (none have «processing» written in red in your survey history tab).The processing of surveys could take approximately 72 hours.
