Problem with a survey

If you are using a mobile device you could answer the survey on a desktop or laptop, in order to verify if the problem persists.
If you are already using a computer, your browser may not be up-to-date and your version may not take into account some of the site's features. Please try to complete the survey on a different browser than the one you are using now. For example, if you are using Internet Explorer, try using Mozilla, Firefox, Chrome or Safari. Also make sure the one you are currently using is up-to-date. This could solve the issue you are having.

Most of Leger's surveys are compatible with mobile devices. However, some of our clients want to host their surveys on their end, using technology that is too powerful for mobile devices. These surveys should only be completed on a computer.

Unfortunately it is not possible to go back to previous pages in a survey even in the event of a mistake. We do not want respondents to change their answers.

The specified completion time is an average time based on the average for surveys that our panelists have previously answered. Also, please note that some people answer surveys faster than others. We provide the approximate survey duration as a courtesy to our panelists.

Quite often, surveys are available on your LegerWeb account shortly before an email is sent. We send an email if the number of respondents is insufficient. However, by the time you receive this email and log in to your account, the required respondent quota may have been reached.
We suggest that you log in frequently to your account to check the 'Pending Surveys' in the 'Survey' tab. You will find all of the most recent surveys available, as well as those that you have not finished completing.

We do not necessarily send all of the surveys by e-mail. If we send an e-mail to complete our respondent quota for a survey, the invitations will be sent randomly to avoid putting any of our members at a disadvantage and to ensure the statistical validity of our research. You may receive a few e-mails on a quarterly, monthly or weekly basis, depending on our current needs.
We suggest that you log in frequently to your LegerWeb account to check the 'Pending Surveys' in the 'Survey' tab. You will find all of the most recent surveys available, as well as those that you have not finished completing.

For most surveys, we need people from all backgrounds (age, gender, income, occupation, etc.). However, some studies require very specific criteria. The first questions in a survey are used to determine if the respondent’s profile corresponds to the desired profile for the current study. This is why you may not be eligible for a study. Please note that none of the information provided in the qualifying questions section will be used or recorded.

Profile Informations

Only residents of Canada or the United States who have reached the legal age of majority in their province or state of residence at the time of membership can become Members of Legerweb.com.
In order to register, go to Legerweb.com. Fill in the gray section entitled 'Subscribe Now' on the right side of your screen. Once your information is completed in the form, click on 'Sign Up to register'. You will then receive an email confirmation with a link to click in order to confirm your subscription.

If you forgot your password, please click on 'Password forgotten?' on our Legerweb.com website just beneath the 'Sign In' button on the top right of the page and follow the instructions to reset your password.
Please note, that your new password must be 8 characters only, including at least 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase and 1 number. Also make sure to leave no spaces.

In order to change your contact information, such as your postal or e-mail address, you have to connect to your account.
Once connected, click on 'profile', then click on 'Update my contact information' on the left of your screen. Enter your new contact information, and change your postal address as required. Don't forget to save your changes by clicking on the red button 'Update profile'.
Please note that you cannot update your name, gender and date of birth yourself, you must contact us to make these changes.

You can subscribe or unsubscribe at any time to the focus group study invitations directly in your account. To do so, go to Legerweb.com, click on 'Profile', and then click on 'Update my contact information' and select or unselect the option 'I want to take part in focus groups'. Don’t forget to save your changes by clicking on the red button 'Update profile'.
Please note that the invitations must be sent randomly to avoid putting anyone at a disadvantage and to ensure the statistical validity of our research.

Cash out

You can check your account balance at any time, directly on your Legerweb.com profile.
To do so, log in to your account then click on 'Reward' and then 'Cash out now!'. Your account balance appears on the top of the page.
Note that the survey validation process could take approximately 72 hours.

We do not send any checks over $20, since all checks over this amount would require your social security number and require you to pay taxes on this amount.
It is stated in our terms of use that the cash out process can be done once you have earned $20. What you can do is make another claim once the first one has been processed. You can only redeem an amount every two week

You can cash out once you have earned $20 or 20 Air Miles or 250 Aeroplan Miles. This process is not automatic; you must apply for this amount online.
To do so, go to Legerweb.com and log in to your account. Before you do this, please verify if your 'Profile' information is filled out (including your full name and postal address) and that none of your surveys are being processed (indicated in red) in your 'Survey History' tab, under the 'Survey' section. Validating rewards can take up to 72 hours.
Then, click on 'Reward' tab and 'Cash out!', you will be able to choose from various claim options. Then, click the following boxes:
X - I have read the terms of use and agree with them.
X- I confirm that I have only registered once and that I only have one account on Legerweb.com. Not respecting this condition will cancel your cash-out and may result in the closure of all your accounts on LegerWeb, without prior notification.
Finally, please click on the Cash out (red) button to save your redemption.

Please allow 4-5 weeks before you receive your check. There is a delay between processing your application internally, producing the checks and mailing them.
In the case of a Visa card application, a confirmation email from notification@prepaiddigitalsolutions.com will be sent up to 4 weeks of your claim.
Every request for an Aeroplan’s cash out is processed from Monday to Friday. Once the request is processed, you have to wait a few more days to receive the miles in your Aeroplan account.
We will never ask for your AirMiles number. We will post your virtual coupon of 20 AirMiles with collector number in your Legerweb.com account. Then you will have to enter this collector number and your AirMiles personal identification codes on the AirMiles website to receive your 20 AirMiles on your card. All this information will be available within the next 2 days after your cash out request. The collector identification numbers will be available in your Legerweb.com account in the ''Reward'' tab in the ''Cash out history'' section. When you see that your claim has been processed you will be able to click on the Air Miles link in red in order to view your identification code.

You will receive an email confirmation with an identification code (example of what this code looks like 9XX9-X9XX9X-999X) once your request has been processed. The delay between the cash out request and the reception of the confirmation email should take about 2 to 4 weeks.
Please note that the email will come from this email address: notification@prepaiddigitalsolutions.com. Also, make sure to check your inbox history and your spam box.
Once you receive your code, click on our partner’s link www.prepaiddigitalsolutions.com. You will have to provide your postal information and choose between the virtual card to shop online only (immediately available) or the physical card that you can use in store or online and that will be delivered to you by postal service. The shipping of the card from our partner, Prepaid Digital Solutions could take up to 2 more weeks once you order the card on our partner's website.
Please note that any follow up regarding this payment method, such as: shipping and delivery, problem with the card, missing account balance and other must be made directly with our partner's customer service department at www.prepaiddigitalsolutions.com or by phone at 1 877-325-8444.
If after 4 weeks, you have not received your confirmation e-mail, we will send you a new one upon request.

All cash out requests are processed on Friday, every 2 weeks. There is a delay between processing your application internally, producing the checks and mailing them. Please allow 4-5 weeks between making your request and receiving your cheque. Please contact us beyond this deadline.

Dollars, Air Miles or Aeroplan Miles are separate choices. It is not possible to transfer from one to the other. In all three cases, you will be able to claim your rewards after having earned $20, 20 AirMiles or 250 Aeroplan Miles.
However, you can change your default reward type at any time in the 'Profile' section of your account. To do so, go to Legerweb.com, sign in, click on 'Profile' and then click on 'Update my contact information' and select the type of reward you prefer. Don’t forget to save your changes by clicking on the red 'Update profile button'.

The survey validation process may take up to 72 hours after you answer a survey. The new balance account is not automatically updated until the survey validation process is completed. By clicking on 'Reward' and then 'Survey History', you will see the survey you just completed and the associated rewards with the mention 'In process'.

With the dollars you have earned, you can donate $20 directly to one of our partner organizations. This process is not automatic; you must submit a request online to donate this amount. Here is the complete list of our non-profit partner organizations.

The tax receipt will be sent directly by the organization that you have chosen to support.
Unfortunately, it's not possible to donate directly from our Web site to a non-profit organization that is not on our partner list.
However, you can still get the money back by check and then make your own donation to the organization of your choice.

Others

You earn chances every time you answer one of our surveys and are automatically entered into our monthly draw. You do not have to do anything. You can win one of the following prizes: one of two $1000 cash prizes, $100 in cash, 1000 AirMiles or an iPad. The winner's list can be viewed in the 'Rewards' section of your account, under 'Winner's List'.

The draw takes place on the first Tuesday of every month. You will be notified within a few days if you are one of our lucky winners.
You can view the updated list of winners directly on your Legerweb.com account. To do so, log in to your account and click on the 'Reward' tab and then on 'Contest'.

Please note, that we do not send T4s to panelists who have earned under $500 per year. If you have redeemed rewards, you can include them directly on your income tax return. You can consult the amounts you have claimed on your Legerweb.com account. To do so, log in to your account and click on the 'Rewards' tab, then click on 'Cash out history'.
If you made donations to non-profit organizations, please contact these organizations directly to obtain your tax receipts.

First, you only receive your rewards if your friend registers on Legerweb.com using the personal invitation link you sent him/her. Your friend has to complete his/her first survey, and only then will you receive your reward (the survey validation process could take approximately 72 hours).
In order to verify the status of your referral, connect to your account and visit the 'Invite a friend' section and then 'Invite History'.
