Issue with a survey?

In general, when you are answering a survey and a problem occurs, simply quit the session and return to the survey a few minutes later. You can find the survey in your personal Legerweb.com account by clicking on the menu’s “SURVEYS” button, under the “Surveys On Hold” tab.

In the event the survey still doesn’t work, you can click on the survey menu’s “Help” button or send a message to our team at legerweb@legerweb.com, explaining what happened, providing the error message AND specifying the survey’s code number.

Important: some surveys permit access on certain conditions and require hardware compatibility (e.g., some surveys are not supported by smartphones, etc.). It is therefore important to read the introduction message, if there is one.
